AWIN Group of Dealerships is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our amazing team!
Job Purpose
The Accounting Clerk performs accounting-related tasks utilizing knowledge of the entire accounting cycle. This position performs accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the cash deposits and cash clearing. schedule
- Posting licensing and all vendors invoices
- Posting and verifying costs for the vehicle purchases- 180 and CDK
- Posting Deals- Wholesale and Dealer Trades
- Managing account payables and accounts receivables
- Perform other tasks based on management requirements and instructions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of accounting experience
- Background in the automotive or related industry is an asset
- College Diploma
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient with CDK; ability to operate PC-based software, e.g. Excel, Word
- Strong attention to detail
