Job Description
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Responsible for all plant accounting functions
· Supervise and participate in the preparation of financial analysis and reports
· Review financial statements with management and executive teams
· Review of corporate taxes
· Preparation of Annual/Semi-Annual budgeting and forecasting activities
· Establish and monitor system controls for audit purposes
· Develop and improve existing systems for all areas of responsibility
· Develop and implement department goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management of the plant
· Coordinate and manage physical inventory activities
· Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Education/Experience Desired:
· Bachelor’s degree or Accounting designation and (5) years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· 3- 5 years manufacturing experience (automotive an asset)
· Knowledge of IFRS
· Knowledge of applicable provincial, federal and local legislation
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office (AS400 or PLEX is an asset)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $80,000.00-$106,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Accounting from automotive industry: 3 years (preferred)
