Note: this is a contract position from September 1 2023 - January 1 2025
Project Creation
- Obtain new job numbers in payroll system for 3 different branches based on the Job site location.
- Create new projects in Sage’s Job Costing system.
- Maintain projects’ documentation and backup.
- Maintain data accuracy of projects’ information in Sage.
- Daily transfer of open projects’ data to payroll system.
Cash Receipt Application
- Verifying Bank Statements for customer payments
- Apply daily customers’ EFT payments in accounts receivable.
- Apply weekly cash and cheque payments in accounts receivable.
- Other Accounting related tasks as required.
