Custom Fire & Sprinkler Services is opening applications for a Billing Administrator who is responsible for invoicing and assisting with collections.
Job Description:
- Creating and editing invoices and ensuring their accuracy
- Sending all invoices to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Obtaining PO numbers in order to complete invoices
- Investigating invoices and resolving issues
- Preparing various reports and spreadsheets
- Answering customer inquiries regarding invoices
- Assisting with collections
- Perform other duties as assigned
What we're looking for:
- Experience in invoicing/billings and collections required
- Experience using Jonas Software considered an asset
- Strong written and oral skills
- IT literacy and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suites
- Ability to communicate professionally
- High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability
- Ability to multitask with a high level of accuracy
- Works well independently as well as with a team

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
