From $32 to $36 per hour (From $80,000 to $86,000 per year with bonuses)

Position Responsibilities
Handle 120+ collections customer contacts daily via phone and email.
Determine appropriate escalation for delinquent collections accounts.
Support the management of appropriate collections account aging.
Identify high-risk accounts and notify management.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual (English / French) required - 100% verbal and written fluency.
Experience in a business-to-business environment preferred.
At least one year of collections and call center experience an asset, but if you want to provide the best experience for our customers, we’ll train you!
Experience in reconciling accounts.
