*Administrative Assistant*
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients located in Richmond Hill. Our client is a leading manufacturer of shelving and racking in Canada.
Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare quotes based on customers' information
· To look after the sales cycle, follow up, close deals, and provide after-sale support.
· Go to the site (take measurements)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Work well under pressure
· Post-secondary education
Technical skills:
· Microsoft Office
· Position: Admin Assistant
· Payrate: $18 - $20 per hour
· Work hours: Monday -Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
· Location: Richmond Hill, ON
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Richmond Hill, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
