We are looking to hire a motivated administrative assistant to join our team!
Ascend Physiotherapy offers highly skilled and certified physiotherapists ready to support patients on their health journey. Located in a bright and airy modern space in beautiful Edgemont Village, Ascend Physiotherapy offers a compassionate, professional, and friendly work environment.
Responsibilities
Administrative assistants support a team of well-trained and committed professionals to foster a strong relationship between the clinic and its patients.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and greet patients
- Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments
- Collect payment at time of service
- General patient support
- Light cleaning; sanitizing surfaces, sweeping, stocking rooms
What we’re looking for
- Monday/Tuesday/Thursday shifts available (approx 9-5pm each day)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong telephone and email etiquette
- High degree of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and strong interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year of experience working in an admin role
- Experience with Jane or in a physiotherapy clinic is an asset!

Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
