BC Modern Stairs & glass is looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team. We are a fast-growing company based out of Surrey, BC. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and emails from customers, vendors, and other businesses
- Scheduling appointments and managing customer inquiries
- Managing customer orders and shipments
- Entering orders into customer database, tracking, and updating information as needed
- Ordering supplies, shipping materials, and other office needs
- Creating documents such as invoices, checks, etc.
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and other items needed for the business
- Helping with other tasks as assigned by the manager or owner
Experience:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy and drive to get the job done. Must be able to work under pressure to complete tasks in a timely manner. Must be able to multitask while maintaining focus. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Must have a positive attitude with a can-do attitude that is always looking for ways to improve.
