Job Description
Cottage Dream Vacations is a newly launched hospitality group creating 5 star cottage resorts founded and led by a successful entrepreneur. Our head office is looking for an Office Assistant to join our team. You will be primarily responsible for administrative tasks, basic bookkeeping support, and welcoming guests at our front desk. This position is 100% on-site in Whitby, Ontario.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests at reception
- Basic administrative duties (data entry, accounts payables and receivables)
- Ensuring office supplies and other essentials are stocked
- Packing and shipping of parcels
- Occasional weekend work is required when we host events (paid overtime)
- Supporting other departments in projects
- Additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience or knowledge in office administration
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $32,000.00-$36,000.00 per year
