Job Description
We are looking for a part-time Receptionist with an upbeat attitude to manage the front desk at Holistic Physiotherapy & Wellness. Our office is seeking someone who is a team player but can work well independently, who loves and wants to be a part of the energy that is unique to our team of holistic healthcare practitioners.
Hours would be varying week nights from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. The option for Saturdays may become available in the future.

Job Description:
-Manage front desk and answering incoming phone calls, facsimile, administrative emails, mail sorting, etc.
-Book and manage appointments in the therapist(s) and counsellor(s) schedules
-Responsible for collecting patient payments and submitting to insurance on their behalf
-Assist in registration for workshops/classes
-Assist with marketing strategies
-Clinic tidiness
-Assist office manager with administrative workload

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-15 per week
Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
