Job Description
The O’Neill Automotive Group is looking for an individual that is career driven and ambitious for the position of Administrative Assistant at our flagship dealership in Mount Pearl.
As the Administrative Assistant, the duties include but are not limited to:
· Reconciling and posting daily cash receipts.
· Posting new vehicle invoices.
· Posting factory invoices.
· Reconciling and posting motor vehicle registration payments.
· Administrative filing and scanning duties within the office.
· Assisting with other projects as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess:
· Post-secondary education in Office Administration, with a background in accounting would be considered an asset.
· 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
· Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
· Knowledge of CDK would be considered an asset.
· Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
· Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to meet tight deadlines.
· Ability to be flexible and respond to changing priorities.
· Able to acquire a clean criminal record check and drivers abstract.
