Looking for Medical Office Assistant (Full time, part time)
Responsibilities
- Triage patients
- Update and maintain patients’ health records
- Copy, scan and fax documents
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Use medical software to support all transactions
- Manage receivable and payable accounts and maintain financial records
- Answer patients’ queries and ensure quality customer service
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Medical administrative assistant
- Hands on experience with medical software and MS Office
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and terminology
- Ability to work 20-40 hours per week.
- At least a basic knowledge of IndiviCare system

- using Indivicare OSCAR EMR, or working in a FHO Clinic: 1 year (required)
- Family Medicine Office Assistant: 1 year (required)
