Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! This position combines customer service, dispatching, and accounting tasks in an environment where you will be interacting with the public.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and payments.
- Answer telephone calls and emails.
- Create and distribute invoices, collect accounts, respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations, and solve problems.
- Support the expense processing and payment process.
- Record billing details in Sage 50 and liaise with vendors.
- Schedule incoming projects through Assignar software.
- Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing and maintaining filing and record systems.
- Maintain a safe workplace.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with strong inter-personal skills.
- Proficient with data entry, especially Microsoft Excel and Sage 50.
- A positive and professional manner.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, and excellence are key.
- Bookkeeping experience and successfully completed post-secondary accounting courses will be an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $27.00 per hour
