Work location: 1221, 32nd avenue, Lachine, Quebec. (Onsite only)

Ideal profile of the candidate we are looking for

• Intermediate skills Microsoft Excel and Word

• Excellent typing skills (over 25 words per minute)

• Ability to read spreadsheets, extract information in Excel format

• Bilingual intermediate level in French and English

Responsibilities:

• Administrative tasks: information gathering, documentation, photocopying, faxing, etc.

• Performs data entry/analysis.

• Sorting mail and distributing it

• Answer phone calls from partners and other offices.
