Job Description
We are a small construction and restoration company looking for a part-time admin assistant to help us grow and serve our customers better.
The ideal candidate would be a hard working individual who is organized, positive, honest and willing to learn about the construction and restoration industry. Restoration or construction experience would be an asset. Good general knowledge of computers and experience in Word and Excel is required.
The position is part time Monday to Friday from 9am-2pm (25hrs/week) with some flexibility. We offer Medical Benefits after three month probation period.
Primary Responsibilities:
Office administration
Filling out forms and documents
Customer service (answer phone and email)
Prep necessary paperwork for review by Project Manager
Maintaining database and filling systems
Organizing
Manage the schedule
Communicating with sub-trades
Ordering supplies/ putting away in warehouse
Tidying office
Calling clients for access and site conditions
