Lead ABA Therapist (Applied Behaviour Analysis)/ Instructor Therapist, Toronto
Monarch House is a child development centre providing seamless services to families impacted with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental delays.

As an ABA Therapist on our team, you are an integral part of our specialized services for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities. You will work with an interdisciplinary team of experts to support your clients in achieving their goals. Our commitment to excellence goes beyond the way we serve our communities. Take an inside look at what you will do each day:
- Prepare and conduct comprehensive (intensive) ABA therapy sessions
- Provides support based on client and clinic needs including direct implementation of programming as directed by BCBA as well as oversight of client programming with support from BCBA
- Collect and graph data
- Maintain client binders and materials
- Maintain daily written communication logs with family and other staff
- Demonstrate therapy sessions to families and other professionals as required
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Uphold Centre policies and procedures
- Attend training sessions, workshops, online courses, etc. as set out by Monarch House
Here is what you will need to be successful
- Positive attitude, organized, and passion for learning
- Currently enrolled in a Master's BCBA program
- No experience required, training provided
- Registered Behavior Technician™ (RBT™) certification or willingness to complete training for RBT certification (within 3 mos.)
- Willing to complete Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
