RETAIL STORE BRAND AMBASSADOR

This Brand Ambassador is our first impression team member for our brand and Company. Our front desk Brand Ambassador acts as the gatekeeper for Big Rock and is responsible for maintaining composure and professionalism who is enthusiastic, self-motivated reliable, fun and and independent thinker.
This role will provide guest service in our onsite retail store in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This highly visible, key role is responsible for providing superior service for internal and external customers, vendors, and any guests of the brewery. In addition to the reception like duties this role will have responsibility of ensuring our products are showcased and presented in the best manner possible in our onsite retail store by maintaininga clean, fully stocked store.
This is a full-time role with hours of Monday and Tuesday 8:00-4:30 and Wednesday-Friday 9-5:30.
Qualifications:
- You must have (or be prepared to complete) AGLC ProServe certification.
- You must be of legal drinking age - 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 1 year of work experience working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and professionalism while providing cheerful, informative service over the phone and in person
- Dependable and competent in all reception duties and able to perform related tasks answering phones, greeting guests, managing inbound and outbound courier requirements .
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly proficient administrative skills
- Ability to positively and actively engage with guests
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment (phones, vendors, guests, customers, employees)
- Physically able lift kegs and packaged product
- Must be adept at engaging with all types of scenarios and personalities
- A love for craft beverages
