Overview
Schedule: Full Time – Permanent
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (EST)
Salary: $17 per hour + very competitive commission structure
Work Location: From the comfort of your own home!
Primary Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new customers who have recently obtained and/or upgraded services on their account.
- Give clients a tour of their newly purchased website and walk them through it, page by page, to ensure everything is satisfactory.
· Enthusiastically present our services to existing clients with the goal of increasing satisfaction and securing renewals.
- Make notes of any changes and communicate between departments accordingly.
- Educate the clients about our Members Area portal and how they can request changes to their website.
- Upsell clients on additional features that could be added to their new website.
· Resolve any issues our clients may have (billing, services, various packages, etc).
· Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to fulfill the needs of existing customers that are at risk of cancelling services.
Requirements
· Must have a minimum of 1-year experience over the phone with both customer service and sales.
- Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent negotiation skills - perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives.
· Extremely patient – this role requires a high degree of patience, as retention specialists need to gather information related to customer dissatisfaction and determine how to best resolve the situation.
· Problem-solving skills – effective problem-solving is crucial to this position. Our retention team member needs to think on their feet to provide solutions to customer issues.
· Organization skills – organization is also key in this role. Our retention team must maintain detailed records of interactions and update customer accounts to reflect changes.
- Perfect command of English
- Fluency in Spanish
- Quick learner and ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Punctual and committed to work a full-time work schedule
Working from home: Candidates are required to have internet and a computer (Mac is not compatible).
***We will need to be able to install our own version of Office365
***The user will need to dedicate a browser that they are NOT currently using for personal use. Our preferred browser during work hours is Chrome.
