People like you!Job DescriptionThe PMO Business Analyst will be part of the PMO team responsible for ensuring all projects are running on budget, and on time, based on the gathering, analyzing, and monitoring of project data, and will be reporting to the Senior Manager PMO and Governance. To ensure success as a PMO Business Analyst, the candidate should be able to identify business needs and meet them through effective project management and analysis. Ultimately, the PMO Analyst should display analytical prowess and the ability to communicate effectively with staff members, management, and clients.WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?Competitive compensation/pay packageDental/Vision/Medical benefitsLife InsuranceHealth Spending AccountEmployee Support and Mental WellnessCompetitive matched retirement savings program – RRSPBe part of a long standing and stable industry leaderWHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE.Provide support to all IT customers and develop and maintain all performance dashboards and prepare reports to be submitted to the project team.Analyze all data and project deliverables and ensure adherence to all timeframe and budget requirements.Maintain all work according to program office procedures and policies.Manage and recommend required improvements to all project methodologies.Assist in closure for all projects and perform required benefit analysis in collaboration with project team and maintain record of all IT governance meetings.Maintain all management agreements and prepare reports.Perform financial analysis on all budgets and prepare various reports for all budget forecasts.Evaluate all financials and assist to identify all IT key performance indicators.Provide support to various IT departments and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures to prepare all reports.Review and monitor all IT programs for program performance and perform regular corporate audits and prepare reports for same.Prepare various reports to identify all health risks and coordinate with change and technical manager to facilitate all follow up action.Coordinate regular project status calls on a weekly and monthly basis.Collaborate with finance team to perform all associate activities and prepare appropriate summaries within required timeframe.Ensure adherence to all project policies and standards and prepare required PMO reports.OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE.Minimum of 3 year's experience as a PMO analyst, project manager, or a similar role.Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools.Ability to analyze a range of complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings.Great computer skills and knowledge of PMO software tools, such as PPMO, MS Project and Visio, as well of high proficiency on Office application.Strong program coordination and administration abilities.Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Solid communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.Bachelor's degree in project management, or a similar field.#LI-SM2Benefits of Employment: IKO recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
