Sun Glow is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new leads, building, and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities:
· Generate new leads: Identify potential customers through various sources, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
· Build and maintain customer relationships: Establish strong rapport with existing and prospective customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
· Conduct sales presentations: Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers, highlighting how our products/services can address their specific needs.
· Negotiate and close sales: Present competitive proposals and negotiate terms and conditions to secure new business opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Develop sales strategies: Collaborate with the sales team and sales management to develop sales strategies, identify target markets, and implement action plans to achieve sales objectives.
· Provide exceptional customer service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely and accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
· Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously update knowledge of window covering industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our products and maintain a competitive edge.
· Attend trade shows and events: Represent the company at industry-related trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products/services and establish new business connections.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to provide valuable feedback, share customer insights, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
· Self-motivated and goal oriented.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Willingness to travel within Ontario required.
· Ontario Drivers License and Vehicle Required.
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
