We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative at our thriving Tech Hub Company. As a Business Developmenty Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services. Your main focus will be on handling incoming inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product features, technical issues, and general inquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems effectively, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and policies to deliver accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Assist in identifying opportunities for business development and growth through customer interactions and feedback.
Conduct cold calling initiatives to generate leads and promote our products and services to potential customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in the customer database.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Continuously strive to improve customer service by identifying trends, suggesting process improvements, and implementing best practices.
Meet or exceed established performance goals, including customer satisfaction metrics, response times, and resolution rates.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and understand new software applications and technologies.
Proven track record in cold calling, customer calling, and business development is a plus.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
Salary: The salary range for this position is $16.75 to $19.50 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and performance. Additionally, we offer competitive benefits and opportunities for career growth within our Tech Hub Company.
