As a Case Manager, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by providing and promoting an environment of long-term recovery. You will partner with the Clinical Director and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human development, social work, Islamic studies, counseling, or related field required.
- Experience with chemical addiction preferred.
- COVID –19 Vaccination, and or approved exemption status
Responsibilities:
- Work with individuals, families, children and youth
- Solution-focused counselling, referrals.
- Case management services and record keeping for all cases
- Provide short-term counselling to clients to facilitate their attainment of goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.25-$25.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed
