The Opportunity:
In today's fast-paced world, technology has become the key to the to a successfully run IT department and a productive end user. In the IT End User Services team, the Senior End User Service Analyst will act as a leader within the IT Corporate Technology team and are responsible for technology evaluation/implementations, process/documentation, collaboration technology Implementation, and projects related to the patching, security, and auditing of a global fleet of endpoints. The role requires someone is up to date on latest technology trends and displays knowledge in this IT space.
You Are Great At:
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Run projects as relates to End User facing technology
Key resource in auditing endpoint impact within internal hardware or software deployments
Lead M&A Integration activities as it relates to end user technology
Contribute and assist with hardware asset management
Contribute to the roll-out of collaboration and meeting technologies
Benchmark current hardware and software technology to industry standards
Management and continuous improvement of end user devices– computers, printers, and mobile device technology
What It Takes:
Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, MacOS, and the Microsoft 365 suite
Working knowledge of meeting room technology – AV, Video Conferencing (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco RoomKit)
Well versed in collaboration and ability to have discussions with business partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and run multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously
Work Environment :
Standard 40-hour work week with regular business hours
There may be a requirement to manage email after-hours for business needs
After-hours work may be necessary due to schedules, deadlines and/or reliability issues
Minimal travel may be required
