Reporting to the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, the Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator is a key member of the pharmacy leadership team and fulfils several roles, including an administrative component, both internally to the Pharmacy Department and to individual teams. The Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator has an advanced practice role in the provision of direct patient care, functioning as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist within both the Pharmacy and within their interdisciplinary teams; serves as a professional practice leader, educator, and mentor within Central Zone and provincially; develops standards of practice; conducts research; contributes to the literature and acts as a clinical resource to other organizations throughout Atlantic Canada.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Post-baccalaureate Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D., MSc., Ph.D. or equivalent) with relevant post-graduate training and or clinical experience
- Two (2) years clinical experience in Oncology an asset
- Applicants must be eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist in the province of Nova Scotia
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

$49.40 - $65.64 Hourly
