Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility
- Working independently in community and at partnered sites with SD 27.
- Promoting and engaging youth participation in onsite BGC programming
- Purchasing and distributing of supplies to youth while doing outreach in community.
- Finding ways to creatively engage youth while in community.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education relating to area of work; such as Education, Child & Youth Care, Social Work, Human Service, or Psychology.
- Experience working with youth ages 12-18
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Food Safe Certificate
- Class IV driver’s license or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment
Administration Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Club Manager to provide adequate outreach services
- Comprehensive monthly reports need to be submitted to Club Manager
- Grant information will need to be tracked and recorded
Condition of Employment
- The successful candidate must complete and successfully pass a Criminal Record Check.

Part-time hours: 30 per week
