POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Manager of Employee Health, Safety and Well-Being, the Attendance and Abilities Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation, administration and maintenance of the JBH Attendance Support Program (ASP). The Coordinator will act as the primary internal resource and subject matter expert for the Attendance Support Program while supporting and collaborating with key internal stakeholders including employees, leadership, union representatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Attendance and Abilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a high degree of accuracy and detailed record-keeping while compiling, analyzing and interpreting absenteeism data and disability management metrics to support JBH with implementing and maintaining an effective strategy to reduce absenteeism.
