Job description
If there is one thing we have come to understand pretty well, is that we are only as strong as the collective strengths of the humans behind Zeffy. Recruitment is not just another priority, it is our #1 priority!
As the second member of our recruitment team, you will have a critical role in finding the talents who will build and scale the best tech for charities. More precisely, you are the guardian of Zeffy’s values and culture, and you will:
- Work closely with our recruiter, managers and cofounders to identify current and future needs and attract top talents ;
- Work with hiring managers to understand the needs, build the scorecards, write the job descriptions, source and reach out to potential candidates, manage inbounds, and run the first interviews ;
- Be a leader in scaling the recruitment processes and building our employer brand.
Preferred experience
- Confirmed experience in Talent Acquisition (minimum 4 years), preferably in a fast-growing startup environment with a strong culture ;
- Full professional proficiency in French and English - speaking and writing ;
- Strong sales skills - you easily inspire and convince people, while being highly empathetic ;
- Ability to co-create with the current team and to train new team members ;
- An inherent drive to leave a better world behind and a desire to grow within a promising company.
