Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Guide for our Augmented Reality Outdoor Games. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the game process, and assisting them with downloading and troubleshooting our mobile app to ensure they have a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them through the game process, ensuring they understand the rules and objectives.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding app installation and usage.
- Guide customers through the process of downloading and installing the mobile app on their devices.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting any issues they encounter during app usage.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing clear and concise instructions.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and clean environment for customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience for every customer.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical support or customer service roles, preferably in the mobile app or gaming industry.
- Certification in first aid is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with augmented reality technology is a plus.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
