Full time Customer Service Representative/Coordinator - Mississauga (In-person role in our Mississauga office from Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm)
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative/Coordinator for the Personal Support Service and Private Services Program.
As a Customer Service Representative you’ll be part of a team assisting the Personal Support Services program. You must be driven to help others in a compassionate and caring way while balancing the pressures of a busy environment.
PRIMARY DUTIES
As a Customer Service Representative/Coordinator, you will:
- Responsible for assisting client inquiries over the phone
- Basic scheduling of client visits
- Promote client retention
- Follow up with client inquiries and concerns on a timely basis
- Documentation as required
- Work with management on special projects and other related projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
To take on the role of Customer Service Representative/Coordinator, you must:
- Have exceptional customer service skills including excellent telephone etiquette
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Be able to remain calm in stressful situations
- Demonstrate understanding and compassion when dealing with complex clients and challenging situations involving customers and field
- Be a detail-oriented, adaptable and customer-focused team player
- Combine strong interpersonal skills with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Be self-directed, goal-oriented and able to manage time and priorities effectively
- Possess medical knowledge or a medical background, and supervisory skills will be considered assets, and French speaking an asset
- All team members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire or provide a valid medical exemption
