The role – Customer Service Rep / Receptionist
eurOptimum is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Rep / Receptionist to join our team. This position requires excellent customer service and strong organizational skills. Must be able to speak, read, and write in French and English.
Please note that this position is located at eurOptimum’s Toronto head office full-time.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage ordering systems and process / fulfill customer orders daily;
- Monitor eStore and update products and templates as required;
- Track internal supply stock and reorder as required;. Complete weekly and monthly reporting requirements;
- Manage all incoming calls in a timely manner while providing outstanding customer service in both French and English;
- Produce and fulfill client orders in a database;
- Create custom signage inserts, package, and ship orders;
- Provide some reception coverage over lunches, as required;
- Welcome and direct walk-in clients, guests, and couriers;
- Maintain complete client, staff, and company confidentiality;
- Handle all outgoing mail;
- Arrange couriers;
- Maintain reception, boardroom, meeting room, and mail room organization.
Required Qualification:
- Bilingual in English and French
- 1+ years’ experience in a support function that includes reception, office administration, and customer service;
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent;
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Must be proactive and able to work with minimal supervision;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, to prioritize effectively;
- Detail-oriented, solutions-oriented, and a fast learner;
- Ability to maintain good communication with team members, clients, and vendors;
- Tech-savvy and able to learn software
- A team player who is self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and able to handle many tasks simultaneously with speed, accuracy, and courtesy;
- A positive attitude, a sense of humour, and like to help others!
