We are a fast-paced growing auto body shop that works with many dealerships and insurance companies. We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator with at least 1 years of experience working with Mitchell Connect and Audatex. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, willing to learn, and excited about the opportunity to join a team of dedicated professionals in the collision repair industry. As aCustomer Service Appraiser's primary responsibility and accountability is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers including all communication, and informing and updating customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.
Responsibilities:
- Provides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
- Manage the confirmation and reservation of all rental vehicles & towing requests.
- When required communicate updates with Customers & claims personnel
- When required manage all arrangements for towing as well as costing against the RO
- Ensure all assignments have been followed up and appointments confirmed with customers
- Reconcile each R.O.
Requirements:

- Knowledge of collision repair techniques, materials, and products
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
