Provincial Wood Products/ Richelieu Hardware Inside Sales/Customer Service Agent - Newfoundland branch
The successful candidate will be responsible for order entry of faxed, emailed orders as well as in-person orders & inquires.
They will answer calls, and emails, related to these orders and provide the necessary follow-up.
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Inside Sales Supervisor:
- Respond promptly and respectfully to customers inquiries.
- Answers calls
- Process orders made by e-mail, fax and phone & in person
- Ensure follow up on orders, as required
- Participate in training sessions on new products
- Any other related duties.
- Customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Efficient computer keyboarding skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer service
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Ability to absorb a lot of information quickly
- Team player
- Good organizational skills
- Experience in the Cabinet & Millwork or related industry is an asset
- Experience in Hardware distribution business is an asset
- English (spoken and written)
