Responsibilities:
- Data Entry in AS400, CLI systems;
- Communication and coordination with customers and driving staff;
- Working in a variety of different computer programs;
- Answering phones, logging incoming calls for pick up, perform general office duties,
- Answer inquiries, confirmation of CSR emails, phone calls and provide information to customers;
- Provide dispatch administrative support, communications to customers and company drivers as required
- Field customer complaints, identify the issues and work to resolve customer issues.
- Other administrative duties to support efficient services for customers and terminal operations as directed.
Experience:
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- minimum 2 years experience working in an office environment
- Ideal candidate will have previous, transportation and logistics/ dispatch experience.
Skills:
- excellent professional communication skills required;
- ability to multi-task, switch priorities quickly in a fast paced environment
- able to learn new computer programs, software and procedures quickly
