Job Description
RSS IT Systems Inc is a Delta-based thermal transfer printer repair depot and label broker. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to help us with our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities and Duties would include
-Receiving and Processing Customer Orders via phone and email, and processing invoices for these orders
-Arranging shipping for orders placed by customers
-Inventory Counting
-Working directly with upper management with regards to special projects related to the growth of the business, including
-spreadsheets
-information gathering
-marketing
Training will be provided, but basic knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office will be seen as assets
Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
