Your day-to-day job would include taking inbound calls from our clients, as well as updating and maintaining clients' accounts with accurate, complete, and detailed information.

Responsibilities:
- Must have patience and attentiveness in solving problems while maintaining a positive attitude at all times
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and electronically file documents
- Follow communication procedures and guidelines
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and create genuine relationships
