Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently load appliances onto the delivery truck while ensuring they are secured properly for transportation.
• Plan and organize delivery routes to optimize efficiency and meet delivery schedules.
• Deliver appliances to customers' homes or businesses in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide outstanding customer service, including demonstrating product features and addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Install and set up appliances according to manufacturer guidelines and customer preferences.
• Inspect delivered appliances for any damages and process returns or exchanges, as necessary.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including obtaining customer signatures and processing payments when applicable.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory management and fulfillment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety of both customers and team members.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in delivery driving or a similar role is preferred.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy appliances on a regular basis.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems on the go.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, as delivery schedules may vary.
