Acushnet Canada Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist.
Position Summary
As a member of the Titleist & FootJoy Direct-To-Consumer team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will support Acushnet Canada’s Direct to Consumer and marketplace offerings, including product & campaign activation, operational communications to optimize sell-through across various trade and consumer touchpoints. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution across Titleist & FootJoy marketplaces in coordination with key stakeholder groups.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing Amazon marketplace product portfolio and merchandising to create awareness of brand and product offerings. Ensure all product data is accurate and discoverable to help create demand and optimize sell through. Analyze sales revenue and product engagement to participate in planning and optimization of products within Amazon Marketplace via Vendor Central.
- Work with Acushnet Canada DTC, Sales and Marketing Leadership Teams to maximize the effectiveness of the Acushnet Pro Shop (APS). Lead the creation and management of yearly APS promotional plan, and all consumer facing digital environments associated with that plan. Serve as the main point of contact for all sales, technical and support related items within APS. Lead the planning, development and execution of various Acushnet events and campaigns. Work with custom customer service to ensure orders are entered with sufficient lead time to arrive 2-3 days prior to event.
- Support the implementation of Titleist Content Management System to align with key marketing and operational messaging applicable to DTC consumers. Including but not limited to, Tour Updates, Team Titleist Events and Communications, Fitting Events and Operational Shipping Pages.
- Partner with Marketing team to identify trends, launch campaigns and drive product discovery within Amazon Marketplace. Lead the implementation and execution of branded webpages while ensuring product inventory and sell-through is maximized.
- Build and distribute summary reports and report cards to National Account Manager, Senior Management and the Digital Marketing team on a monthly/annual basis to track performance in all digital platforms.
- Support DTC Initiatives across merchandising, campaign management, inventory management, reporting, user experience improvements and CRM.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Communications) required.
- Selling experience with Amazon/Marketplace preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Ie. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Online Asset tools (Widen, Box).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute actionable plans with internal teams/managers and external partners. Ability to work across multiple business areas and cross functionally.
- Ability to understand and maintain the integrity of confidential information.
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape and understanding of B2B2C platforms.
- Knowledge and passion for the game of golf an asset.
