Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing/Marketing Assistant to join our team at Canadian Children’s Art Foundation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing or marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. As a Digital Marketing/marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing or marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.

· Help the digital marketing team manage and update company social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.

· Help creating and sending email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.

· Assist in the creation of digital advertising campaigns, including researching target audiences, creating ad copy, and monitoring performance.

· Help in conducting market research to identify new opportunities for digital marketing campaigns.

· Assist in the tracking and analysis of campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent messaging across all digital channels.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role is preferred

· Knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing tools, and digital advertising platforms.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary: $18.00 per hour
