Job Description
A leader in the Restaurant Industry is seeking a dynamic, energetic and self-motivated individual to join their Operation’s Team as an Area Director of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on leading your team to meet Sales, Gross Margin and Variable Expense targets.
- Communicate with the franchisor on operational items and compliance.
- Drive sales by ensuring franchisee locations deliver exceptional guest service, including but not limited to high standards of guest service, guest satisfaction and quality and cleanliness in the restaurants.
- Ensure locations follow all in-house and corporate policies and procedures.
- Coach Managers on a day-to-day basis to help them achieve specific restaurant goals and targets.
- Lead by example when it comes to day-to-day operations in the restaurants.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management role.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to develop, coach and build strong Team relationships.
- Strong operational skills in the guest-service environment.
- Ability to exceed multiple and/or tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated success in achieving targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
