Home Trust’s core values are respect, trust, and integrity.Position ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning (30%)Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives, driving brand awareness, customer loyalty, and business growth.Define and communicate the brand positioning, values, and messaging to internal and external stakeholders.Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience and competitors, and use this information to shape brand strategies.Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand growth and adaptation.Creative Direction (25%)Oversee and guide the work of the creative team in creating and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives that effectively communicate the brand's message to the target audience, ensuring brand consistency across all material.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate marketing strategies into compelling and effective brand initiatives.Manage and protect the organization's brand identity, including visual elements such as logos, fonts, and colors.Digital Marketing (25%)Developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives.Guide the digital team in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, etc.Oversee the digital team in analyzing campaign performance and customer data to evaluate the success of digital marketing efforts. Report the results to the management team and suggesting improvements based on data insights.Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technologies, tools, and trends. Leveraging these as appropriateTeam Leadership & Budget Management (20%)Manage and lead a team of creatives and digital marketing professionals to ensure effective implementation of strategies and achieve desired results.Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and teamwork within the marketing department.Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to team members.Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.Develop and manage the brand and digital marketing budgets on behalf of the marketing department and our line of business partners.Estimate and forecast expenses, negotiate with suppliers, monitor expenditures, track costs and ensure cost-effective delivery of high-quality campaigns and collateral.Manage budget and resource allocation - managing the digital marketing budget and allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI and results.Formal EducationPost secondary degree or diploma required (University degree preferred) in Marketing or equivalentRelated Experience7+ years in marketingFinancial services (mortgage) industry, alternative lending and broker channel preferredDesign and/or writing experience preferredStrong financial product and service knowledgeStrong understanding of brandSolution-focused and takes initiative ensuring self and team work effectively and efficiently within established guidelinesCreative-minded with strong organizational, time management and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal relationship building and listening skillsEffective leader who motivates and engages others through fostering a collaborative team environmentExcellent written / verbal communication and professional maturityAble to multi-task and flourish in a fast paced, deadline-driven work environmentConsistently demonstrates and reinforces organizational valuesSkillsPosition ComplexitiesAcknowledgementAll employees of Home Capital Group Inc. must comply with all applicable Home Capital Group Inc, Home Trust Company, and specific Line of Business policies, standards, guidelines and controls.
