The WDM Corporate Office in Saskatoon is seeking a Director of Community Engagement to oversee the WDM’s Community Engagement department.
The Director of Community Engagement is responsible for building strong community links to increase engagement, visitation, volunteerism, memberships and philanthropic gifts, with an emphasis on fundraising and marketing.
The Director of Community Engagement is a new role at the WDM and the incumbent will be responsible for the following: • Building strong community links to increase engagement, visitation, volunteerism, memberships and philanthropic gifts. • Overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of fundraising initiatives to support the strategic direction of the WDM. • Providing strategic oversight for the planning, implementation and evaluation of all aspects of the WDM’s marketing and communication strategies. • Ensuring programs are developed, delivered, and evaluated to meet the WDM’s strategic priorities. • Providing strategic oversight for the WDM’s membership and volunteer programs. • Ensuring effective analysis of all community engagement initiatives by regularly measuring, reviewing, and reporting on results.
