WHAT TO EXPECT
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager for our Soucy Rivalair subsidiary. This subsidiary needs a committed individual who will contribute significantly to the management of change and the implementation of health and safety and human resources processes.
You love teamwork and human contact? Do you want to spend time in the plant and interact with the team? Do you like to coach managers to help them become better? This position is for you! You will report to the General Manager of the branch.
Here's an overview of your tasks:
Be an active member of the management committee and contribute significantly to the development of the company's human capital
Play an advisory role with managers in the application of HR policies and programs, while acting as a coach in their personal development plan
Actively participate in the development and implementation of HR programs and activities related to talent management, performance management, skills development and recognition
Be responsible for the staffing process and follow up on the integration of our new employees with the support of a talent acquisition team (including international recruitment)
Support the operations team (unionized workers)
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management
Minimum 4-7 years of experience in an HR professional role
Knowledge of the Office 365 Suite
Member of the Ordre CRHA (an asset)
Bilingual in French and English
