Bay Psychology's director is looking for a great personal assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the director's calendar, coordinating meetings and events and handling confidential information. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling personal/business appointments, meetings and events.
- Sort mail, deliveries, returns, and create a filing system.
- Run errands such as shopping, picking up drying cleaning, post office, etc.
- Light cleaning and meal preparation when needed.
- Occassional help with young children.
- Manage calendars, email, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Organize spaces including office, files, cabinets, etc.
