Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Vancouver branch for a Project Director to provide support to both the Branch Manager and Chief Estimator/Estimating Manager in bid tender and pursuit preparation, pre-construction services and project management. Accountable for the successful delivery of a portfolio of construction projects.

Position Specifications
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- 10+ years’ experience in ICI Construction, or related field
- LEED understanding
- Demonstrated success in multiple project delivery methods
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly effective negotiation, diplomacy and conflict-resolution skills
- Advanced knowledge of construction techniques
- Commitment to working in a team environment and good team building skills.
- Experience (or commitment to learn) Lean Construction practices
- Effective with Microsoft Office and Procore
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with subtrades and clients
