We are looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:
Executive Assistant to the Head of School
The Executive Assistant to the Head of School will exemplify impeccable communication and a commitment to strict confidentiality, and be organized, meticulous, and discreet, with a passion for working in and for a strong community that believes in progressive education.
The Executive Assistant will provide exceptional administrative support to the Head of School as well as occasional support to other members of ECS's Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a member of senior management, ideally in the non-profit sector.
- A superior command of English is required for this position
- A superior command of French is strongly desirable
Job Description:
Specific Accountabilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Head of School.
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, prepare and format information and correspondence for review by the Head of School, for internal and external stakeholders, including the preparation of letters, reports, agendas, presentations and responses to various requests for information.
- Manage and maintain schedule and calendar for Head of School, including meetings, conference calls and other events, taking into account constant prioritization. Ensure all parties are aware of itineraries and all changes are seamlessly integrated regardless of timeframes.
- Monitor, screen, prioritize, and suggest responses to internal and external communications.
- Maintain hard and electronic copies for the Head of School.
- Analyze and provide summaries of critical information requiring executive review and attention.
- Coordinate travel for Head of School.
- Anticipate the needs of the Head of School and proactively bring together the resources to fulfill those needs.
- Organize Head of School events and meetings with all ECS constituent groups
- Suggest appropriate courses of action, response or direction.
- Perform other related duties, activities and special projects as required by the Head of School.
