Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time File Maintenance Clerk at our location Wine, Spirits and Beer Location – 2nd Avenue in Prince Albert, SK.

Reporting to the 2nd Avenue Team Leader Wine, Spirits and Beer, Responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
- Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience- in person, on the telephone and at the point of sale
- To complete sales reports per deadline; monthly, period end, LTO
- LTO’s; Monthly Setup, Reporting, Signage, invoicing, tracking, payment and follow up
- Responsible for all signage in the store
- Picking, verifying and completing all commercial orders including processing paperwork and back office
- Acting store coverage including opening/closing duties, cash-ups, floor coverage, support on cash or any dedicated section.
- Completion of all related paperwork for BDL and SLGA returns
- Ensure a clean, organized and well-maintained office
- Communication between file maintenance, supervisors and store leaders on a daily basis

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Administration and Customer Service:
- You have a grade 12 or equivalent experience; office administration and CRS experience are considered assets
- You’re well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
- You have the ability to prioritize and manage expectation, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Serve it Right certificate considered an asset
- 19 years of age or older
- Ability to fulfill physical job requirements including extensive manual labour
- Experience in the liquor industry and retail sales especially in the CRS will be considered an asset
- You have POS experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
- You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
