Job Description
Northern Livestock Sales Lloydminster currently has a part-time career opportunity for an Office Clerk at its Lloydminster marketing center.
As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Performing office clerical responsibilities in compiling producer settlements for livestock sales;
- Preparing invoices for livestock buyers for livestock purchases;
- Typing cheques, forms and statements;
- Putting accurate postage on outgoing mail; and
- Other duties as required.
This position is based on 3 days a week 8-4PM, with overtime hours expected during busy season.
The successful candidate will have Grade 12, or the equivalent, supplemented by office clerical experience. Other requirements include: knowledge of regular office procedures; ability to meet and deal with the public in a courteous manner; ability to learn and operate a computer terminal and capable of neat and accurate work. Livestock and data entry experience is considered an asset.
