Work Location - Toronto (Hybrid)

In this role, you will provide financial support for all Treasury functions supporting Coca-Cola Canada, ensuring all operational cash requirements are met on a daily, weekly and longer-term basis. You will also be responsible for timely and accurate reconciliation of all Bank and Cash Clearing Accounts, including Cash-In-Transit, Depository, Disbursements and Payroll across multiple Financial Institutions.
- Weekly reconciliation of all Cash Clearing Accounts to identify, investigate and resolve items in Clearing Accounts
- Monthly Reconciliation of all Bank Cash & Clearing Accounts with all variances identified and balanced to both Bank and GL
- Investigation and resolution of all variances within following fiscal Month
- Create and support Annual Business Planning for Balance Sheet – Cash Accounts
- Work with all Outsourced Services to ensure Bank Data is being shared and correctly imported into SAP
- Interact with banks to open investigations requesting backup to material variances that cannot be explained by route process administrators
- 2+ years experience in accounting or financial analysis role
- University Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance or Economics
- Creative/Innovative/Strategic skillset
- Above average Microsoft Excel and Access skills
- Experience in systems administration; particular SAP
- Excellent financial acumen
- CPA/MBA is an asset
