Title: Client Care Team - Medical Front Staff
Clinic: Insync Physiotherapy and Sport
Location: Vancouver, Cambie Village
Type: Full-Time / Part Time (FT preference)
Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and organized Front desk receptionist to join our physiotherapy clinic.

As a front desk receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will perform various tasks to ensure a smooth and professional operation of the clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and directing visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Receiving and sorting mail
- Scheduling patient appointments according to practitioner availability, and confirming them via phone and/or email.
- Explaining intake forms to patients and processing payments using cash, POS, or electronic billing.
- Operating a multi-line system to answer calls, transfer calls, provide information, schedule appointments and take messages.
- Welcoming walk-in clients and addressing questions and concerns
- Billings for ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and Third-party Insurances
- Use of Microsoft office
- Engaging with extended health benefits and doctor’s offices.
- Reconciling cash at the end of the day and preparing deposits.
- Restocking of supplies and updating inventory as needed.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the clinic
- Performing opening and closing procedures according to clinic policies.
- Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Providing administrative support to the physiotherapists and other staff members
- Previous Jane App experience will be considered an asset but not required.

Qualifications:
- Post secondary degree or current enrollment in a post secondary program
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar customer service role is a plus

Salary: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
