Work Location: Aurora Education Centre (60 Wellington Street West Aurora, ON L4G 3H2)

Salary: $ 69,599 - $ 83,191

Thank you for your interest in the Human Resource Analyst position with the York Region District School Board.This position is effective immediately and is due to the acceptance of 2023-047.In compliance with Board policies and procedures, this position is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, auditing, documenting and training staff on Human Resource processes, procedures and practices; project management; providing leadership in researching, recommending, and implementing and designing technological solutions to HR systems and processes.

Important Information for CUPE 1734 Members:

As per the Collective Agreement (A.11.7 and A.11.8), those twelve month employees filling vacancies as a result of a job posting are to remain twelve months at their positions. Ten month employees are to remain in their position until the end of the school year. Each application submitted for a job posting will be reviewed, although consideration may be impacted by Articles A.11.7 and A.11.8.
